Request for Public Information
The Authority is subject to the Public     Information Act, which both defines public information and imposes deadlines for making determinations  on what information to release.

Public records include any information that is collected, assembled, or maintained by or for a governmental entity.
The Authority has ten business days from the date it receives the request to ask for an opinion from the Attorney General if it is necessary to withhold a record. The initial deadline for requesting an Attorney General opinion is put on hold during the time the Authority and the requestor are actively discussing the scope of the information requested.  Howard S. Slobodin, Esq., Staff Attorney, is designated as the recipient of all public information requests submitted to the Authority.
