The
Authority's General Office and principal place of business is located at 5300 South
Collins Street in Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas. The General
Office facility houses the General Manager's Office and those of his immediate
Staff, in addition to the Management Staff of six of the seven Staff
|
Groups.
Management Staff for the Southern Region Staff Group is located in Huntsville, Walker
County, Texas.
The General Office Staff Management includes:
- General Manager - who is solely responsible to the Board
of Directors and its Executive Committee for all activities of the Authority's management
organization and who has full authority to discharge that responsibility.
- Northern Region Staff - is responsible to the
Regional Manager, Northern Region, for the development of revenue oriented projects, the
operation and maintenance of existing facilities, sale of water from existing reservoirs,
and liaisons with the Authority's customers and the Federal Government.
- Financial Services Staff - is responsible to the
Manager, Financial Services, for the performance of financial services to all components
of the Authority's management organization.
- Legal Services Staff - is responsible to the Staff
Attorney and Secretary to the Board of Directors for providing legal support within the
management organization to include land rights issues.
- General Services Staff - is responsible to the
Manager, General Services for managing personnel, risk management, safety, and office
administration matters.
- Executive Services
Staff - is responsible to the Executive Services Manager
for disbursing all Authority funds, maintaining liaison
with federal and state agencies, including
the Board of Directors and administration of
public information and environmental management matters.
- Construction Services Staff - is responsible to the
Construction Services Manager for construction related support activities to include
reviewing plans and specifications, bids, contact administration, and liaison with land
rights and regional offices.
