Summit Regional Water Storage Project

TRA financed, designed and constructed this eight million gallon ground storage tank to serve the needs of Duncanville and Cedar Hill. Water supplied under the cities' wholesale water contracts with Dallas is delivered into the tank. The project's high service pump stations for each city deliver each city's needs into their systems, and the supporting pipelines and appurtenances necessary to make the project operational for the benefit of both cities are a part of the project.

Grand Prairie Water Project

An elevated storage tank and water transmission lines were financed and constructed by the Authority for Grand Prairie. The City of Grand Prairie currently buys treated water directly from the City of Fort Worth. In FY 2004, the debt for facility construction will be retired, and project ownership will pass to Grand Prairie.
