TRA Password Update Program is up and running as of 12/5/2005 6:00 pm. If you do receive pop-up or notice about your password is expired, please change it as soon as possible. If you still have trouble changing your password, please send in a Track-It ticket.

TRA network password guideline

• Only one network user name and one network password will be assigned to an employee.

• User names are set by the system administrator, usually is the last name plus the initial of first name.

• All passwords must be at least 8 characters and not greater than 12 characters in length.

• Passwords must be alphanumeric.

• At least 1 (but not all) of the characters in the password must be upper case (Capital Letter) and at least 1 character must be a number.

• The user name and password cannot be the same or used interchangeably.

• The system WILL not accept the last 3 passwords that have been utilized by the user.

• Changing your network password will change along your Lawson, Journyx and ImageNow password. It WILL NOT change your Liquid Office, Track-It, Kronos, Maximo and the other software password. To ensure a good secure environment, it is advisable to change all the other programs password to be the same as the network password, every time you change your network password. On the other hand, it has been a common practice for user to use one good same password for all the other programs that doesn't update along by the TRA Password Update program.
