Issues:

• Users have encountered this notification whenever Symantec Antivirus finished a Auto-Protect background scan.

• This is the notification from Symantec Antivirus on your PC whenever virus/spyware/adware has been found.
• Look into the "Threat: " portion. If Spyware/Adware has been found, please send in a Track-It to notify IT support personnel.
• If virus is found,  immediately stop and save document you are working on.  Then disconnect your PC from the network physically by unplugging the network cable from the wall/network drop. (There is a release hatch on the network cable, do not yank it out by force). Then go to another PC and send in a High priority Track-It to notify system administrator. DO NOT reconnect your PC to the network until further notice, doing so will allow the virus to spread across network.
