The primary function of the management
organization is the implementation of the Boards policy initiatives.
The General Manager of TRA is the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority. There are
seven executive managers who report to the General Manager. The leading edge of the
management organization can be seen in the Northern and Southern Region offices. The
Northern Region office is located in Arlington and shares offices with the General Office
Staff. The Southern Region office is located in Huntsville. Both of these elements of the
management organization are responsible for operating TRAs existing projects and
developing new ones. All other elements of the management organization exist to support
the Board of Directors, General Manager, Northern and Southern Region Offices in the
pursuit of their responsibilities.
